Hoxco Survey has been providing land surveying, elevation certificates, and topographic mapping services since its establishment in June 2017. The company is owned and managed by a land surveyor licensed to practice by the State of Washington.

Hoxco carries out its operations using state-of- the-art tools including GPS and robotic total stations which allow for a one-person field crew. The company specializes in re-establishing property boundaries for homeowners. Other services include topographic surveys, site maps and FEMA Elevation Certificates.
